La Veille, the annual traditional French summer social gathering hosted by the Felix Valle House State Historic Site, will have a familiar lineup this year.
The annual event takes place on Saturday, June 8, the same weekend as the French Heritage Festival and the Spring For Down Syndrome event.
Those who attend La Veille and the French Heritage Festival will get a good taste of Ste. Genevieve’s French-Canadian roots.
La Veille will have both daytime activities and evening activities at the Felix Valle House State Historic Site.
Evening activities will be 6 to 8 p.m. this year, instead of 7 to 9 p.m. The time change was planned a year ago, but rain canceled the evening outdoor activities.
