Ricky Lee Cummings, white male, DOB: 11/19/1970, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a warrant through St. Francois County on the charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance except marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.0 cash or surety.
