Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (May 12-19)
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from May 12 through May 19:
Kimberly J. Highley, 50, female, of Bloomsdale was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on May 13 in Jefferson County on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear — non-moving traffic violation.
Chelsea L. Moore, 25, female, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on May 13 in Jefferson County on a patrol charge of DWI (drugs).
Dale W. Porrier Sr., 38, male, of Villa Ridge, Missouri, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on May 19 in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of tampering first degree with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest by flight, and driving while revoked.
Dione N. Wallace, 43, female, of St. Louis, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. on May 19 in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Louis County probation violation.
