Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrests (May 5-12)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from May 5 through May 12:

Jabria G. Spann, 22, female, of St. Louis was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on May 5 in Ste. Genevieve County on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for speeding and failing to display license plates.

Paul S. Harman, 33, male, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on May 9 in Jefferson County on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance (heroin—1.5 grams).

Kendra G. Turner, 30, female, of St. Louis, was arrested at 5:46 a.m. on May 11 in Ste. Genevieve County on Crawford County warrant for speeding.

(The above charges are mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.)
