Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Reports (April 21-28)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the following arrests in Ste. Genevieve County or involving county residents from April 21 through April 28:

Owen T. Koenig, 26, male, of St. Louis was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on April 27 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated and an Arnold Police Department warrant for non-moving traffic violation (violating financial responsibility).

Bernard L. Gerrard, 43, male, of Madison, Georgia, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. on April 28 in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of exceeding posted speed limit (26 mph or more).
