The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for March 30 through April 5:

Arrested Persons
Thomas Joe Sebastian, white male, DOB: 1/07/1978, of Farmington was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Hillsboro Police Department (bond was set at $107.50 cash only); warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana (bond was set at $15,000.00 cash or surety allowed. No 10 percent cash allowed).
Scott Richard Pfaff, white male, DOB: 2/21/1972, of Perryville was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: operating vehicle on highway without a valid license—first offense, exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 11 to 15 mph), fail to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer (bond was set at $400.00 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of trespassing (bond was set at $250.00 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the original charge of disorderly conduct (bond was set at $200.00 cash only).
Sharlene Nichcolle Ward, white female, DOB: 1/10/1981, of De Soto was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety. No 10 percent cash allowed.
Cameron John Gegg Jr, white male, DOB: 1/04/2002, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of violate provisions of intermediate driver’s license or temporary instruction permit. Bond was set at $100.00 cash only.
Joselyn L. Rector, white female, DOB: 9/05/1980, of Hillsboro, Missouri, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: Class D felony Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, Class D felony endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk—first degree—first offense. Bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety.
Nathan Kyle Pribble, white male, DOB: 4/13/1980, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 11 to 15 mph) and driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt. Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.
Joseph Dean Steinnerd, white male, DOB: 7/21/1991, of Perryville was arrested on the following warrants: warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while revoked (bond was set at $200.00 cash only); warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the charge of speeding (11 to 15 mph), (bond was set at $200.00 cash only).
Kayla Nicole Sellers, white female, DOB: 12/28/1994 of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: two counts of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance except for 35 grams or less of marijuana; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000.00 surety.
March 30

Deputies were called to the 16000 block of Highway 61 for harassment.
Deputies were called to the area of Jersey Lane for an alarm.
Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Straughn Road for a road hazard.
Deputies were called to mile marker 147 on I-55 for a motor vehicle accident.
Deputies were called to the 700 block of Highway 61 for a disturbance.
March 31

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Route DD for a motor vehicle accident.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
