Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office Activity Report (March 23-29)

The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for March 23 through March 29:

Arrested Persons

Teresa Sue Reynolds, white female, DOB: 6/05/1977 of Jerseyville, Illinois, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class C felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $50,000.00.  No 10 percent cash bond allowed. Surety is allowed.

Dennis W. Schroeder, white male, DOB: 7/30/1973, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges: Class D felony forgery and Class D felony stealing—$750 or more. Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.

Brandon Daniel Hamilton, white male, DOB: 8/14/1993, of St. Louis was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges: possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, driving while revoked/suspended—first offense, failure to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width. Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

Duke E. Stafford, white male, DOB:  3/05/1970, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on the following warrants: warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the charge of traffic offense (bond was set at $125.50 cash only); warrant through Perry County on the charge of traffic offense (bond was set at $250.00 cash only).

Carl William Green, white male, DOB: 7/28/1970, of Annapolis, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

March 23

Deputies were called to mile marker 157 on Interstate 55 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Route Y for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the area of Route O and Highway 32 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the area of I-55 and Route Y for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Highway 32 for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the area of Pfaff Drive and Highway 61 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of Lake Brands Road for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Valley View Road for a missing person.

Deputies were called to the 1000 block of Kessler Place for a theft.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Enterprise Road for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of McCord Road to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Lakeview Drive for suspicious activity.

March 24

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Highway 32 for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route EE to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 200 block of Highway 61 for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to mile marker 139 on I-55 to check the well-being.

Deputies were called to the 400 block of Immaculate Conception Drive to assist EMS.

Deputies were called to the 3000 block of Brook Stone Road for a 911 hang-up.

Deputies were called to the area of Route M and Siebert Road for animal control.

March 25

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 61 and Route J for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 50 block of Mill Hill Road for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 600 block of Center Drive for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route EE for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 22000 block of Route B for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Boyd Avenue for animal control.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 61 and Market Street for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Nicklaus Park for animal control.

March 26

March 27

Deputies were called to the 23000 block of Giesler Lane for an assault.

March 28

Deputies were called to the 800 block of Third Street in St. Mary for a prowler.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Highway 32 for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of New Bremen Road for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 300 block of Elm Street to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Village Drive to assist EMS.

Deputies were called to mile marker 160 on I-55 for a vehicle fire.

Deputies were called to the area of Salem School Road and White Oak Creek Road for suspicious activity.

March 29

Deputies were called to the 9000 block of Byrd Lane for a missing person.                                          

Deputies were called to the area of Route N for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 200 block of Seraphin Street for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 400 block of Merchant Street for animal control.

Deputies were called to the area of Route M and Gisi Road for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the area of St. Mary Road for fraud.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Lakeview Drive for property damage.

Deputies were called to the area of Magnolia Hollow and Route V for suspicious activity.

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.
