Two People Suffer Injuries In Crash In Perry County
Two people were injured in a single-vehicle accident in Perry County on March 28, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jackie W. Parmley Sr., 59 years old, of Ste. Genevieve suffered serious injuries, and Tara P. Parmley, 46, of Festus suffered moderate injuries.
The accident took place around 6:35 p.m. on Route J east of Perry County Road 722.
Jackie W. Parmley Sr. was driving a 2006 Ford Escape eastbound when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a sign and then a tree.
The driver was taken by Air Evac to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Tara Parmley was taken by Perry County Ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center.
It was not known if either were wearing safety devices, according to the report.
