The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for March 9 through March 15:

Arrested Persons

Lori Deanne Moore, white female, DOB: 6/10/1968, a homeless person, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through St. Charles County on the original charge of larceny. Bond was set at $500.00 cash only.

Waylon Richard Ross, white male, DOB: 10/13/1983, of St. Mary was arrested on a probation violation warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of abuse or neglect of a child. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash. No 10 percent allowed.

Jason Allen Martin, white male, DOB: 1/22/1974, of Farmington was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of theft/stealing. Bond was set at $2,321.00 cash only.

Michael Antonio Sherrod, black male, DOB: 12/14/1969, of St. Louis was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Cape Girardeau County on the original charge of neglect of a child. Bond was set at $1,000.00 cash or surety.

Brandon Michael Brown, white male, DOB: 8/04/1980, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Perryville Police Department on the original charge of DWI. Bond was set at $500.00 cash only.

March 9

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Highway 61 for suspicious activity.         

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of New Bremen Road for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the area of Route A and Highway 61 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Seventh Street in St. Mary for property damage.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Highway 61 to assist EMS.

Deputies were called to mile marker 143 on Interstate 55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Peaceful Acres Drive to assist another agency.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Village Drive for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Route M for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Highway 61 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Big Horn Drive for an alarm.

Deputies were called to mile marker 145 Highway 61 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to mile marker 144 on I-55 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the area of Brickey Road by the railroad tracks for trespassing.

Deputies were called to the 300 block of Fifth Street in St. Mary for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to mile marker 162 on I-55 for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Dry Fork Road for property damage.

Deputies were called to mile marker 156 on I-55 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Enterprise Rd. for an intoxicated person.

March 11

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Gore Road for a peace disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of I-55 and Route Y for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to mile marker 158 on I-55 for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Highway 32 for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 15000 block of Walker Road for suspicious activity.        

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Highway 61 for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 9000 block of Route DD for child abuse.

Deputies were called to the 300 block of Hope Drive for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 21000 block of Highway 61 for an unconscious person.

March 12

Deputies were called to the area of Route J and Buehler Road for a careless driver.

March 13

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 61 and Market Street for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to mile marker 140 on I-55 for a vehicle fire.

Deputies were called to the 600 block of Center Drive for animal control.

Deputies were called to the area of Route C and Route EE for animal control.

Deputies were called to the area of Route O and Highway 32 for a road hazard.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 near Dairy Queen to check the well-being.

Deputies were called to the area of Noce Road and State Route TT to assist another agency.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
