Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office Incident Report (March 2-8)

The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for March 2 through March 8:

Arrested Persons

Steven Lee Weigand, white male, DOB: 8/20/1974, a homeless person, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of non-support. Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.

Inka R. Phipps, black female, DOB: 10/22/1985 of Collinsville, Illinois, was arrested on the following warrants: failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of driving while revoked (bond was set at $500.00 cash only); warrant through Callaway County on the charge of speeding (bond was set at $600.00 cash or surety).

Jason Carl Turley, white male, DOB: 12/18/1969, of Farmington was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges of no proof of insurance and exceeded posted speed limit. Bond was set at $300.00 cash only.

Gregory Elmer Meyer, white male, DOB: 6/22/1955 of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a warrant through Farmington Police Department on the charge of failure to drive in a single lane. Bond was set at $379.50 cash only.

Michael John Collier, white male, DOB: 9/28/1978, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant through Perry County on the charges of driving while revoked and exceeded posted speed limit. Bond was set at $500.00 cash only.

March 2

Deputies were called to the 100 block of Basler Drive for a disturbance.

Deputies were called to the 1000 block of Progress Parkway to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to mile marker 141 on Interstate 55 for animal control.

Deputies were called to mile marker 141 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 16000 block of Route M for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and Gisi Road for animal control.

Deputies were called to mile marker 140 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and Aspen Lane for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 23000 block of Route N for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the area of Kimmel Road and Highway 61 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the area of Route Z and Nokk Drive for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Genevieve Church Road for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Highway 61 for a fight.

Deputies were called to the 11000 block of Route C for a burglary.

March 3

Deputies were called to the area of Route EE and Dixon Drive for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to the 14000 block of Route M for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 13000 block of Lakeview Drive to assist EMS for a flue fire.

Deputies were called to the 16000 block of Salem School Road to assist EMS with a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Genevieve Church Road for animal control.

Deputies were called to the area of I-55 and Jefferson County line for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 12000 block of Village Drive for a 911 hang-up.

Deputies were called to the 90 block of Log House Lane for a burglary.

March 4

Deputies were called to the 17000 block of New Bremen Road for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the area of Route D and Route O to assist another agency.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route P for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 200 block of Mill Hill Road for property damage.

Deputies were called to mile marker 158 on I-55 for a careless driver.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Straughn Road to assist another agency.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Genevieve Church Road for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of Route EE for a domestic disturbance.

Deputies were called to the area of Charter Church Road for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to mile marker 141 on I-55 to assist EMS to assist a person at this location.

March 5

Deputies were called to the 2000 block of Route HH for a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies were called to the 600 block of Highway 61 to assist a person at this location.

Deputies were called to the 500 block of Deer Wood Lane for suspicious activity.

Deputies were called to mile marker 159 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Jackson School Road for an alarm.

Deputies were called to the 700 block of Seventh Street in St. Mary for vandalism.

Deputies were called to mile marker 160 on I-55 for a motorist assist.

Deputies were called to the area of Enterprise Road for suspicious activity.

Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
