Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office Incident Report (Feb. 23-March 1)

The following are incident reports from the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office for February 23 through March 1:

Arrested Persons

Dala Kay Rector, white female, DOB: 3/25/1974, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a Warrant through St. Francois County on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

Brandon Wade Howard, white male, DOB: 11/10/1985, of St. Mary was arrested on the following warrants: warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the charge of assault (bond was set at $300.00 cash only); warrant through Ste. Genevieve Police Department on the charge of failure to register vehicle with Department of Revenue (bond was set at $125.50 cash only); failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of (bond was $146.00 cash only).

Stephanie Sue Noll, white female, DOB: 4/19/1971, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Farmington Police Department on the original charge of failure to register motor vehicle with Department of Revenue. Bond was set at $611.80.

Daniel James Wilkes, white male, DOB: 2/06/1994, of Perryville was arrested on a warrant through Arnold Police Department on the charge of a non-traffic violation. Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

Shane Christopher Phillips, white male, DOB: 6/27/1970, of Independence, Louisiana, was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of speeding. Bond was set at $146.00 cash only.

Courtney Lynne Meadows, white female, DOB: 12/14/1997 of Bloomsdale was arrested on a warrant through Crystal City Police Department on the charge of stealing. Bond was set at $674.50 cash only.

Thylan Joseph Brown, black male, DOB: 12/6/2000, of Bloomsdale was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

February 23

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.
