A Farmington woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident in western Ste. Genevieve County on March 6, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Amanda M. Cangelosi, 32, of Farmington, was driving a 2000 Dodge Neon eastbound on Route EE near Fry Road at about 8 a.m. when the accident took place.
The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway. Cangelosi overcorrected, and the vehicle re-entered the roadway. She overcorrected again, and the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
She was taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington by the Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance District.
She was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
