Ste. Genevieve Middle School Salutes January Leaders

Habit No. 4 of the Seven Habits of Highly Effect People is “Think Win-Win.” Students who “Think Win-Win” balance courage for getting what they want with consideration for what others want, make deposits in others’ emotional bank accounts, and, when conflicts arise, look for options that work for both sides.

Ste. Genevieve Middle School students who showed leadership for “Think Win-Win” in January were: eighth-grader Lindsey Crump, who always is willing to help others to succeed but also wants to do her best at the same time; seventh-grader Amelia Grein, who works well with many students in collaborative groups by having a positive personality; and sixth-grader Reagan Winch, who has worked with new students to make sure they understand how to use Google Classroom and other classroom procedures.
