Lester H. Mier

Lester H. Mier of Ste. Genevieve died on Saturday, January 26, 2019.

He was married to Janet K. (Kinghorn) Mier, and she preceded him in death.

He is survived by one sister, Josephine Gard; other relatives and friends, including longtime friend Jim Luther.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by one sister, Ann Stoll.

He was a member of the Carondelet United Church of Christ and American Legion Post 150 in Ste. Genevieve.

Funeral services were Monday, February 4, in the Hoffmeister South County Chapel. Burial with full military honors took place at Jefferson Barracks National Memorial Cemetery. Hoffmeister South County Chapel handled the arrangements.
