Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Staff To Receive Rural Health Champion Awards
Members of Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital’s staff will be honored as winners of the 2018 Missouri Rural Health Champion Award at a reception at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 30 in the hospital cafeteria.
Members from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Office of Primary Care and Rural Health will be here to present a governors proclamation award.
Hospital staff will be recognized for their work, individually and as a team on promoting opioid stewardship in our organization and community.
Laura Fowler, R.Ph., director of inpatient pharmacy, will be recognized for her efforts with the Individual Rural Health Champion Award.
The Opioid Stewardship Committee headed by Dr. Matthew Bosner, MD, chief of medicine, will be awarded the Team Champion Award.
