Students brought in money for a dress down day. An assembly took place where students enjoyed popping balloons for prizes.

Valle students Kyle Roth, Mason Brewster, Bryce Giesler and Sam Kuehn are Warriors fighting Type 1 Diabetes every day.

One Team Fighting T1D was created to join students from Valle Catholic Schools and the Ste. Genevieve R-II School District who have been diagnosed with T1D.

Both schools are fighting together to raise awareness and find a cure. Their goal is to raise more than $5,000.

Diabetes Awareness Night will be held at the Valle Catholic varsity football game on Friday, October 25, at the Father John Dempsey Field.
